1. Company Information

CleanInfinity operates as a professional cleaning service provider based in Odivelas, Portugal. Geral@cleaninfinity.pt | 960 301 034

2. Service Area

Our primary service area covers Odivelas and surrounding municipalities in Greater Lisbon (including Lisboa, Cascais, Oeiras, and Sintra). Services outside this area may incur an additional travel fee and are subject to availability.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from the information provided during the quote request.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to correct any issues at no additional cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for informing CleanInfinity of any hazards, fragile items, or special requirements prior to service. Access to the property must be arranged in advance.

7. Liability

CleanInfinity holds professional liability insurance. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from inadequate access or information provided by the client.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
