When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, and service address. We do not collect any data beyond what you voluntarily provide.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

Quote requests: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — processing is necessary to respond to your service enquiry.

Contact form: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you explicitly agree to the Privacy Policy before submitting.

4. Data Processor

Your data is transmitted via Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider. Resend acts as a data processor and does not use your data for any other purpose. No other third parties receive your data.

5. Data Retention

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox and retained for up to 2 years, after which they are permanently deleted. We do not store your data in any database.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
